Selection tips选型提示
- Use an inner ring on spiral-wound gaskets for vacuum, high pressure, or steam above moderate temperature.真空、高压或较高温度蒸汽,缠绕垫建议带内环。
- Do not reuse a compressed gasket. Replace it every time the flange is opened.压缩过的垫片不要重复使用,每次拆开法兰都更换。
- Tighten bolts in a cross pattern in several passes to even out the load.螺栓按对角交叉顺序分多次拧紧,使受力均匀。
- Non-standard shape? Send a drawing, a photo with dimensions, or the old gasket.非标形状?发图纸、带尺寸的照片或旧垫片即可。

What is the difference between a spiral-wound gasket with and without rings?缠绕垫带环与不带环有什么区别?
The outer centering ring locates the gasket on the flange and limits over-compression. The inner ring protects the winding from the medium, reduces erosion and is recommended for high pressure, high temperature or vacuum duty.外环起定位并限制过度压缩的作用;内环保护缠绕层免受介质冲刷,高压、高温或真空工况建议使用。
Do I need to know the flange standard?选垫片必须知道法兰标准吗?
Yes, please. The standard (for example ASME B16.5 / GB / DIN) plus size and pressure class fix the inside and outside diameters. If you do not know it, send the flange dimensions or a drawing.最好提供。法兰标准(如 ASME B16.5、国标、DIN)加规格和压力等级决定垫片内外径。不清楚的话,发法兰尺寸或图纸即可。
